As a Business Advisor with Cultivate Advisors, I work with business owners who may not yet be ready for a successful sale but want to improve the health, performance, and Enterprise Value of their company for a future exit. For business brokers, I serve as a resource for owners who need time and support before going to market—helping them strengthen areas such as revenue growth, profitability, leadership, operations, and strategic planning. My role is to keep the broker’s pipeline warm by helping the business become more transferable and attractive to buyers, then turning the owner back to the broker when the company is better positioned for sale.
