ARE YOU A BUSINESS OWNER?

If you are then you probably know that your business is probably your largest asset.

In which case did you know?

• 95% are unhappy and not satisfied with their business’s value!

• 10% ONLY have an exit strategy!

• Many are unaware of the key drivers of business value!

It’s probably true that you might not be planning to exit but it is a reality that we all exit our business one day. It’s a time when you deserve to be rewarded for your sacrifices, investment, and hard work.

The decision is – ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE THIS TO CHANCE? OR ARE YOU GOING TO PLAN THIS EVENT?

SO, WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

I help Business Owners who

• want to know their business’s value
• are looking for the right strategy, structure, and systems and processes to scale up and maximize the value of their business.
• are looking to buy or sell a business
• want help with succession and exit planning

HOW I HELP?

• BUSINESS VALUATION – Knowing the worth (value) of a business is the first step to building an asset of value.
• GROWTH AND VALUE BUILDING – Not all business owners are the same. Some want to exit within a certain time frame while others want to exit at a certain valuation they can attain. We work with you to help maximize the value.
• EXITING PLAN AND OPTIONS – We provide you with clarity around the options and create a road map towards your exit.
• STRATEGIC PLANNING AND ADVISORY SUPPORT – They say it’s lonely at the top! We provide you with a strategic support system so that you can clearly execute your plan.
• BUSINESS DISPOSALS – We are licensed and help those who are seeking to buy or sell businesses. Whether you are looking to sell now or sometime in the future we can help you maximize the sales price and minimize your stress levels during this process.

WHO AM I?

Just like you I am an entrepreneur with over 35 plus years of experience and knowledge across numerous business and industry sectors. A board-certified Chartered Accountant from the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales I have over the years honed my expertise and experience guiding business owners towards achieving their growth and exit objectives.

I spent the first 8 years of my career with the two biggest global giants in the Accounting/Consulting field, E&Y and PWC, which provided me a solid foundation of knowledge and experience enabling me to transition into establishing and successfully operating and growing my own accounting and consulting practice offering comprehensive solutions in accounting, taxation, strategic planning, advisory, and exit strategy services to entrepreneurs. My passion for entrepreneurship led me to establish and grow multiple businesses, some in collaboration with dedicated partners from which I exited successfully having created exit strategies for each one while building them.

My experience, knowledge, and understanding of the intricacies of businesses and their management, operations, revenue streams, and profitability coupled with my strong interpersonal and negotiation skills enable me to create tailored strategies for growth and successful business exits. I take great pride in fostering long-term relationships with clients and empowering them to achieve their goals.

In me, you have someone to facilitate with proficiency your growth, acquisitions, disposals, and exit/succession strategies successfully.
