More and more unlicensed business brokers from out of State are listing businesses for sale in Florida. Please show your support in stopping unlicensed business brokerage activity in the State of Florida by attending an upcoming luncheon on Wednesday, October 19th at Dubsdread Golf Course and Country Club in Orlando.
Michael Tanner from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation will be joining us. Michael Is an Investigator from the Bureau of Enforcement for the Division of Real Estate and will be discussing unlicensed Business Brokerage activity in Florida. It would be great to get a full house from BBF members all over Florida so that DBPR sees firsthand how important of an issue this is to our organization.
Networking will begin at 10:30 am with our program starting at 11:00 am sharp on October 19, 2022, and lunch will be served at 12 noon.
