Natalie M. Burns, Esquire founded Burns Law Offices, P.A. at age 23 after earning her J.D. at age 22. For 20+ years, Natalie has owned her law firm and represented buyers and sellers of businesses throughout Florida, while working closely with business brokers, accountants, lenders, landlords, franchisors, and deal professionals to help move transactions from letter of intent through closing.

Natalie has closed thousands of business transactions and effectively “grew up” in the world of business deals. Her practice focuses on the legal and closing support needed by buyers, sellers, and brokers in Florida business sales and acquisitions, including purchase agreement review and negotiation, due diligence, corporate documents, assignment documents, lien and judgment review, UCC matters, escrow coordination, seller financing documents, lease assignments, license and franchise transfer issues, closing statements, and final closing documentation.

Through Trusted National Title Insurance Agency, P.A., Natalie and her team also provide title and closing support when a business transaction includes real estate, a commercial lease, or other title-related issues. The firm offers statewide closing solutions throughout Florida, including in-person closings, Remote Online Notarization, online closings, and mail-away closings.

Natalie earned an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, giving her a sophisticated tax-focused perspective in business sales, acquisitions, asset purchases, equity transactions, and deal structuring. She has received multiple awards and recognition in Mergers & Acquisitions, including recognition for legal excellence in this practice area, and has been awarded the prestigious Super Lawyers / Rising Stars distinction for several consecutive years.
