Steven N. Whitehill

Steve Whitehill brings a richly diverse background with decades of experience in ownership and key management roles across multiple industries. His career highlights include senior management positions in consulting and auditing at prestigious firms such as Anderson Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he played a pivotal role in securing major clients like Gulf Oil, NYC Off-Track Betting, and Nivea.

Steve also served as Vice President and Executive of the DSDR Division in Chase Manhattan Bank’s internal audit department. In addition, he founded and led successful ventures, including Southern Construction, Best Buy Mortgages, and PropertyOne Realty.

He has served on the Board of Directors for public companies such as Ambrit, best known for Klondike Ice Cream Bars, and Deltona, a prominent Florida land development and sales company.

In 2009, Steve embarked on a search to purchase a new business, which introduced him to the world of business brokerage. After interacting with various business brokers, he recognized a gap in the market and founded Anchor Business Brokers to provide clients with a seamless, efficient process for buying or selling businesses, ensuring they don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

Steve holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, an MS in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science from New York University, and an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University. He is a CPA in both Florida and New York and holds Florida licenses as a Real Estate Broker. Additionally, he is a CISCO Certified Network Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
