If you are the broker and receiving this email, please ensure all of your agents have signed up for the mandatory Orientation classes.

Attendees are required to be active paid members or a BBF member office administrator/office manager.

The following Orientation Courses are available online, to schedule please click on the links provided.  The Orientation Courses are mandatory and required to maintain an active status in BBF.

1. Brokers are responsible to make certain each new agent, registers, attends and completes orientation as per the BBF Bylaw requirements.

2. Agents must pre-register for BOTH orientations.
3. Are required to have their camera on and facing them at all times during orientation in order to receive credit.

The Orientation sessions are conducted via Zoom and attendees are responsible for having a working Zoom account (which is free), and a basic understanding of the Zoom interface.  Please login early in case there are any Zoom updates that need installed on your account.  A staff person will be present at each Zoom meeting to assist with basic troubleshooting or you may contact admin@allyamc.com.

Very important:  If you have your camera or speakers off and / or do not respond to the instructor it will be assumed that you are not paying attention in class and risk having to take part or all of the orientation over again.

Once you have completed the 2 day orientation, please contact Flo Jacobsen at 727-232-0609 to schedule a one on one, complete training on how to use the MLS system through a zoom meeting from the comfort of your home office.
