The South Florida BBF invites you to our Educational Seminar on Thursday, August 11, 2022 at Maggiano’s in Boca Raton.  

Ryan Cave will present a broker’s guide to a sample SBA transaction with a detailed review of its closing requirements. Attorney Deborah Carman will be present to answer any legal questions during our Q&A session which take place at the end of the presentation.

In addition to our presentation, we will have a delicious, family-style lunch and plenty of time for networking!

Networking will begin at 12:00 pm with our program starting at 12:30 pm on Thursday August 11, 2022.
