This is the AI seminar the South District has been waiting for!
On Thursday, October 15, we are putting AI to the test in front of the room, live, with the good and the bad on full display.
AI FOR BUSINESS BROKERS. WATCH IT WORK. WATCH IT FAIL.
What AI does right and what it gets wrong.
Gal Barzilay, CEO of Legacy AI, will run our actual broker workflows through AI live, from financial summaries to CIM sections to buyer screening, and show you both what it nails and where it fails. She will keep her prompt frameworks on screen so you can write them down, and she will show you how to catch the confident wrong answers before they reach a client.
Gal built cybersecurity products at IBM for JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Citigroup before founding Legacy AI.
Then comes the part that protects you. Attorney Moises Saltiel of Saltiel Law Group will cover the legal guardrails: what you need to disclose to sellers, what belongs in your listing agreements and NDAs, and where the liability sits when AI gets something wrong.
And our seminar sponsor, 44 Capital, led by Marissa Ames, will open the afternoon with an update on the final SBA SOP.
