David Carson is an M&A Specialist and American entrepreneur with experience in selling, buying, scaling, and operating his own companies in transportation, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, travel, and hospitality. He is based in North Palm Beach, FL, and originates from Newport Beach, CA.

He holds an MBA with a professional background in international strategic finance and business, which arms him with the necessary skills to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to challenges buyers and sellers face. David uses the latest technology, software, and marketing tools to streamline communication efficiently.

His mission is to bring buyers and sellers to a successful closing that benefits all parties involved. He meticulously guides his clients with exceptional insights into sales, marketing, accounting, tax strategies, and finance. David is well-respected in the industry as an organized, deal-oriented negotiator who gets the job done.

David is one of only nine Certified Business Intermediaries (CBI) in Palm Beach County and has earned the recognition of the TOP 2% Producing Business Brokers in Florida. In 2021, the BBF honored him with the M&A Deal-Maker of the Year Award, and in 2022, his sales volumes and performance elevated him to the IBBA Member Excellence Chairman's Circle (Top 50 IBBA Brokers in the US). In his position on the Board of Directors for the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), he focuses on helping business owners think through, build, and execute a value acceleration and transition strategy. He’s passionate about his active leadership role in VISTAGE, the US’s most prominent Advisory Group for CEOs, High-Level Executives, and Business Owners.

In this free time, he enjoys spending time with his Chilean wife and three kids. He loves traveling the world, scuba diving, snowboarding, boating, and adventure motorcycle rides.
