Elena Wines is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience in strategic execution and business operations in the private sector.

Before transitioning into Real Estate and joining GBBA, Elena served in management roles for a number of private companies with 100 to 600 employees across the Technology, Digital Advertising, Finance, and Investment Management industries.

Early in her career, Elena had the opportunity to help launch a technology startup by establishing all aspects of product development and business operations and growing the team from 20 to 100 employees, leading to a successful exit through a strategic acquisition within three years.

With proven experience in business process optimization, organizational change management, business transformation initiatives, risk and vendor management, and strategic portfolio and program management, Elena now specializes in exit readiness, EBITDA optimization, and operational transition advisory.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Ukraine, Elena continued her education after relocating to the USA in 2006. She earned certificates from Harvard Business School, Cornell University, and Boston University. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Scaled Agile SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® credentials and is a REALTOR®.

Elena is passionate about culinary and travel experiences, minimalist living, and personal development.

Elena is a Tony Robbins Platinum Partner and an Oskar Hartmann Unicorn Lab member.
