As the owner of www.FranDecision.com, Gwyn has spent years helping emerging franchise brands refine their development strategies while guiding qualified candidates toward franchise opportunities that align with their skills, goals, and financial expectations. In 2025, Gwyn expanded his professional focus by earning his business broker license and joining CFBB. This move reflects two key goals he set for the next chapter of his career: becoming more engaged in his local community and playing a greater role in business resales—both franchise and independent. With hands-on experience in business sales, operations, and system growth, Gwyn understands the complexities and emotions involved in buying or selling a business.
