I am a CPA and business valuation expert. I spent many years in public accounting assisting business owners to manage and grow their business. I have special expertise in business valuation, having prepared valuation reports for income tax compliance, financial reporting, succession planning, litigation, and transactions. In 2016, I joined a publicly traded health care company leading their acquistion accounting team. We performed valuation and due diligence on targets along with the accounting integration post acquistion. I have a robust background in healthcare and technolocgy.
