Steven G. Niehaus

As a Business Intermediary and M&A Advisor, I serve as a business transition specialist to consult and advise business owners as they consider the sale of their company. Services include business valuation, business listing, marketing and coordinating closing process.

I have more than 30 years of leadership experience in a cross section of industries. My proven success in developing effective strategies and skills as a trusted advisor result in a positive experience for business buyers and sellers.

Prior to being trained and licensed as a business intermediary, I had a successful career with General Electric. As Executive General Manager for GE’s Global Business Services, I have an extensive background in finance, service operations, sales and marketing and corporate services.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Arizona State University. My industry memberships include: Business Brokers of Florida (BBF), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and M&A Source. I am a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP), and M&A Master Intermediary (M&AMI).
