Taly Brinzey is a multilingual real estate and business brokerage professional with over 16 years of experience in investment sales, acquisitions, and asset management. As CEO of Summit Properties International (SPI), she specializes in delivering turnkey solutions for international investors seeking high-quality real estate in the Southeastern United States. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, with working proficiency in French and Italian, she bridges cross-border investment opportunities with ease.

Taly holds a degree in Finance from ORT University and is a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. She is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, and North Carolina, and holds professional designations including Certified International Property Specialist (CPI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS).

She founded SPI during the 2008 financial downturn to empower international clients in navigating the U.S. real estate market. Under her leadership, the company has expanded to include SPI Property Management and SPI Advisors, managing over 150 properties and closing more than 100 transactions annually.

As the founder of Brinzey & O’Ryan Business Brokers, Taly is expanding her entrepreneurial footprint into the business brokerage space. She has completed all coursework and prerequisites for the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, with only the final exam and qualifying transaction experience remaining.

Taly is known for her hands-on leadership, strategic insight, and dedication to mentoring her staff—many of whom have become successful business owners and investors under her guidance. She believes business ownership along with real estate is the premier vehicle for building long-term wealth when executed with strategy and integrity.
