Kenneth A Eisenband

Ken Eisenband is the Franchise Partner for South Florida for Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Ken received his Florida real estate license in 2011 and has received instruction and testing leading to his designation as a Certified Restaurant Broker. Ken has also been designated as a “Certified Business Intermediary” by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA.) Ken has also completed training leading to his designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert.

Ken has sold more than 300 restaurants in the last eleven years.

Ken graduated with Honors from The School of Hospitality at Michigan State University in 1983. Ken has more than thirty years of experience in the restaurant industry. Ken had owned and operated restaurants in South Florida for almost 15 years.

In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2022 and 2023 Ken Eisenband received the prestigious Dealmaker Award for transaction volume as one of the top transaction agents in the state of Florida from the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF). In 2022 and 2023, Ken was recognized for facilitating the most transactions in South Florida by the BBF. Ken was also named Co-Broker of the year for the Southern District of the BBF in 2018.
